Security within yourself and with others
As a practitioner, I have a relational view of human nature. I believe that we create identity within relationships defining the self in the way we relate to ourselves, to others and relationships from when we grew up, our family and significant others.
I will tap into your pain, your worries and the here and now of what matters to you. We will explore your significant relationships, the repetitive patterns that you notice in your life that leave you stuck and the emotions, as they are messengers of your needs.
This process promotes a long-lasting change of security and integration.
I often see people for individual work when:
• they are struggling with depression
• they are suffering from stress and anxiety
• they feel a sense of isolation
• they are undergoing loss and grief
• they are dealing with trauma
• they have fears
• they have family concerns
• they have work-related difficulties
• they are suffering from low self-esteem and confidence
